Michael Pickel

Michael Pickel is a Georgetown-based business leader whose professional success and community involvement reflect a strong commitment to integrity, service, and leadership. He began his career with Texas Traditions Roofing, a family-owned company founded on principles of honesty, quality, and accountability.

Michael joined the business in 2017 and became President in 2021 before later becoming a co-owner. Under his leadership, Texas Traditions Roofing has grown into a trusted local company known for ethical practices, high standards of workmanship, and a collaborative internal culture. He has cultivated an environment where trust, respect, and responsibility guide both team relationships and client service. His professional leadership has been recognized through industry honors, including the Roofing Young Guns award, which highlights emerging leaders making a meaningful impact in their field.

Beyond his professional role, Michael is deeply engaged in community service. He currently serves on the Georgetown YMCA Board and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Board and contributes to the First Baptist Georgetown Campus Development Committee. He has also previously served on the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center Advisory Board.
