Victoria "Tori" Clark

Tori Clark is an entrepreneur and community leader whose career reflects sustained business growth, ethical leadership, and service to Georgetown. Her entrepreneurial journey began in college, where she identified unmet market needs and successfully launched early ventures, laying the foundation for a results-driven business career.

At age 24, Tori assumed leadership of a struggling charter bus company, guiding a successful turnaround that significantly increased its valuation. She later co-owned The Spa Mart, a B2B e-commerce distribution company serving the spa and wellness industry, which she successfully exited in 2019. Today, Tori is the owner of Spa Luxe, a luxury day spa in Georgetown that has earned multiple Best of Georgetown recognitions and was named 2024 Small Business of the Year by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Under Tori’s leadership, Spa Luxe has distinguished itself through ethical business practices, transparency, and an employee-first culture that prioritizes professional development and long-term sustainability. Her approach emphasizes accountability, trust, and investment in people, establishing Spa Luxe as a respected local employer and business leader.

Beyond her professional work, Tori is actively engaged in civic and nonprofit service. She serves on the boards of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown and supports organizations focused on children, families, and community well-being. Tori lives in Georgetown with her spouse and child and is respected for combining professional success with integrity, service, and community commitment.
